专利说明:

The subject of the present invention relates to devices for fastening elements by means of claw clamping systems, proposing for this purpose a device for extending claws for the purpose of the invention. tightening of electrical elements in deep installation recesses.
State of the art
In low-voltage electrical installations, electrical elements such as sockets, switches, pulsators, switches, etc., may be arranged in an external superimposed installation on the surface of the application wall, or may be arranged in a recessed housing installation in a recess formed in the application wall.
The recessed installation electric elements are arranged by incorporation on a support frame, generally metal, by means of which is established the clamping in the installation, being able to be achieved fixing in the mounting recess in two different ways: - Au means for screwing the support frame onto a box included and secured by means of construction materials in the mounting recess.
- By means of retention with claws associated with the frame, with which is established a retention anchorage on the side walls of the recessed box or directly on the walls of the mounting recess.
The latter anchoring system with claws, has the advantage of greater universality and easier installation, since it can be applied without prior installation of a box in the mounting recess, so that the the installation time of the electrical elements is reduced.
However, in some cases the length of the conventional claws incorporating the electrical elements is not sufficient to establish a suitable retention anchor in the installation recess, because the depth to which the anchoring is to be made exceeds the range of said claws for example when the surface of the wall of the hollow is deteriorated on the area near the mouth and does not allow proper anchoring of the claws in this area.
This fact has led to the development of extension devices for the anchoring claws, with which the problem is solved, different models of extender existing for this function, which in current implementations usually have the disadvantage that they have need to disassemble the clamping of the claws on the support frame for the incorporation of the extension, with the difficulty and the time that supposes.
For example, DE 27 53 975 A1 discloses an extension claw adapted to be coupled with an extension claw pivotally mounted on the base of the apparatus and actuable by means of a screw, for the purpose of enlargement of the extension depth of a "UP" (ie built-in) installation device, such as a switch or socket. The extension claw is secured to the free ends of the extension claw and the ends of the extension claw engage in stops of the extension claw, so that stops of the extension claw s 'support respectively around the end of the extension claw, on the front edge thereof and around its middle, on the rear edge thereof.
Object of the invention
According to the invention, there is provided a device for extending claws for clamping electrical elements, with which the assembly disadvantage of the conventional extensions used for this function is solved in a fully satisfactory manner, such that with this extension of the invention improves the functionality of the claw system for clamping the electrical elements at the application site.
This device which is the subject of the invention consists of a metal profile in the form of a "U", the side walls of which project its edge at one end according to points which project forward, whereas from the median zone of said edges side walls are projected to the outside of the curved wings to the rear so that between said wings and the side walls of the profile are defined grooves, leaving the edges of the side walls of the profile, in the extreme zone opposite to tips, curved edges inward.
An extension element is thus obtained which can be incorporated on the conventional claws of the electrical elements, by means of a simple insertion coupling, the branches of said conventional claws being pressed against the grooves defining the lateral wings of this extension element, while the conventional claw actuating screw fits between the inwardly curved flanges and the bottom of the "U" profile, thus establishing two opposite supports that provide the function of the extension as an anchor claw by the own movement of the conventional claws towards the anchoring position by means of the actuating screw thereof.
The grooves determined by the lateral wings of the extension element have an opening in which the tip of the corresponding branch of the conventional claw fits, thus obtaining the fact that the thrust of the claw on the extension is achieved by means of the lower part of the branches of the claw, which is closest to the tips, thus obtaining an increased leverage effect, while determining an interlocking points of the claw to protect the installer of them during the operations of the incorporation of the extension relative to the corresponding claw.
The bottom of the "U" profile of the extension element furthermore has a window, which makes it possible to insert the extension element in an inclined position on the corresponding claw, to save the points of the claw by establishing the assembly, without the actuating screw of the claw hinders this action.
This extension element object of the invention can be incorporated accordingly easily and quickly on the application claws, without the need to disassemble the clamping of the corresponding claw and, in addition, for the anchoring function to which it is intended, it acts on the own operation of the claw to which it complements.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention relates to an extension of claws for clamping electrical elements in recessed installation recesses, with an implementation making it possible to advantageously improve the functionality of the conventional claw system. of said application.
The recommended extension comprises a metal profile (1) in the form of a "U", which in an extreme zone of the edge of its side walls has spikes (2) projecting forwards, exiting on the median zone of said edges of the walls. lateral wings (3) which project outward by folding backwards, while on the extreme zone opposite the tips (2), flanges (4) out of said edges of the side walls which bend towards the inside.
The outwardly projecting wings (3) fold back and define between them and the corresponding lateral wall of the profile (1) splines (5), at the bottom of which is defined an opening 6).
In this way, the extension element can be coupled to a conventional claw (7) of those incorporated by the frame (8) of the electrical elements for anchoring in the recessed installation arrangement, as shown in FIGS. 7.
To do this, as can be seen in Figures 8 and 9, the extension member is inserted relative to the claw (7) of application by introducing the profile (1) between the branches of the claw (7), said insertion being carried out with the extension in an inclined position, to save the ends of the branches of the claw (7) and for the screw (9) for actuating the claw (7) to be introduced between the flanges (4) and the bottom of the profile (1), as can be seen in Figure 8, until the tips of the branches of the claw (7) are introduced into the openings (6) of the grooves (5), the extension being then aligned with the claw (7), as can be seen in Figure 9.
To facilitate this mounting insertion of the extension on the corresponding claw (7) and the fact that the screw (9) does not impede the action, at the bottom of the profile (1) of the extension is defined a window (10). ), which leaves free a spacing so that the end of the screw (9) does not rest on said bottom of the profile (1) when performing the insertion of the extension in inclined position.
When the extension is aligned with the claw (7) of application, the tips of the branches of the claw (7) are housed in the openings (6), which determines a protection that prevents the installer can be injured by said points of the claw (7) during the incorporation operation of the extension.
In this position, the branches of the claw (7) are supported on the splines (5), these critical supports, in combination with the housing of the screw (9) between the flanges (4) and the bottom of the profile (1). an abutment abutment allowing actuation of the extension, by means of the screw (9), together with the claw (7) to establish the clamping anchor on the walls (11) of the installation recess, as 10 and 11, because the tilting made by the claw (7) towards the outside, when the screw (9) is actuated, causes the extension to rest on its ends (2 ) against the corresponding wall (11) of the installation recess, establishing anchoring of the clamping.
